San Ignacio, Belize

This townhouse was designed in conjunction with the client who would be able to live on the first floor while renting out rooms on the second floor. The building is located on a corner lot, that is adjacent to a very trafficked road in the town of San Ignacio, Belize. Its proposal was such that corner be turned into a small office space and food delivery service, which would help the community to activate urban corner and give an additional income to the owners of the building. This building has been through many design iterations and is undergoing construction. Some of the iterations can be seen below.
